Executive Board

 The Executive Board is responsible for giving strategic direction to the program and approves the Work Packages. The Board counts six voting members: three representatives of the leading industrial partners; three representatives of the knowledge partners (one representative proposed by the universities and one by each of the knowledge institutes).

The Executive Board is chaired by an independent chair to be appointed in close collaboration with the CCS Taskforce.


The Executive Board shall be free to act on its own initiative to formulate proposals and take decisions in accordance with the procedures set out in the Consortium Agreement. In addition, all proposals made by the General Assembly shall also be considered and decided upon by the Executive Board

 

The Executive Board will meet at least four times a year.
