Representatives of Industry, CCS platforms, NGO´s and scientists of research institutes and universities take part in the CATO-2 programme. Together they represent the vast majority of the Dutch CCS community. New parties may join during the programme. 

Major funding partners of the program are the Dutch Government as well as leading industrial partners E.ON, Shell and RWE-Essent.
